Job purpose:

Coordinate for deployment of robots at customer sites, which includes the allocation of Service team resources for robot deployment and tracking of deployment activities.

Coordinate for after sales or post deployment tasks like Robot preventive maintenance, onsite troubleshooting and issues tracking, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for purchase order documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute production / maintenance work by following manufacturing process work instructions

  • Perform configurations, recordkeeping, and quality check efforts.

Job purpose:

The role of a supply chain assistant centres on supporting the wider supply chain team with administrative duties such as tracking deliveries, processing order confirmations and ordering stock. This role is key in ensuring smooth incoming and outgoing shipments, with focus on international and domestic logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and timely incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics: scheduling, bundling, import/export terms
  • Work with tech, design, and production teams to source and procure vendors, parts, and materials
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations such as goods receiving and inspection on quantity and condition, timely dispatch of goods to customers and ensure accurate labelling in accordance to requirements.
  • Maintain documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements: for example packing lists, invoices, insurance policies, bills of lading, shipping agreements, delivery notes
  • Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and records on all inventory movement in and out of the internal and external storage facilities. This involves timely updating and reporting of inventory movements in the inventory system in accordance to company’s guidelines, processes and policies.
