It navigates autonomously & safely around its environment via its extensive sensors array. Providing up to 8 hours of run-time with just 2 hours of charging & public announcements features, Co-Lab is designed to provide 24/7 safety & surveillance.

Equipped with lift integration, smart access-doors integration & site-maps sharing capabilities allows Co-Lab to travel autonomously & access various floors in a building.

Featuring a 2-metre telescopic camera positioned on an extendable boom arm gives Co-Lab a complete 360-degree visibility of its surroundings, capturing an extensive amount of information for comprehensive surveillance & analytics. In addition, its interactive screen allows users to access various directories & concierge functions.

Complete with an easy-to-use mission control interface, Co-Lab is your perfect surveillance partner & an essential member of your security team.

Service Support Administrator (Singapore)

Job Summary:

Make sure our humans are providing the best service possible, so our robots can deliver the best performance possible.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring tasks, assisting in robot operations, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for documents as well as service-related ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of customer requests, robot performance, issues and resolutions in a ticketing system for analysis and reporting purposes. 
  • Work closely with team members to maintain an up-to-date deployment schedule.
  • Ensure timely execution and reporting for onsite activities such as issue resolution and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase order documents for robotics equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Contribute and maintain a well-organized system for customer support documentation, including FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.
  • Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
