Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare sales proposals, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collate! Manage schedules, file documents, and stay in touch with the right people at the right time with the right information
  • Working with our CRM system, HubSpot: Lead entry, sales tracking, creating/issuing reports
  • Report generation – create and issue reports to support the sales team
