What is Smart+ platform?

Smart+ is KABAM Robotics’ proprietary SaaS platform that enhances robot operations by providing real-time monitoring, video analytics (VA) alerts, and customizable reports on robot health, mission schedules, and VA-detected incidents. Smart+ is an open platform and it is brand agnostics that allows integration to third party AMRs, lifts, video management systems, CCTV, access control systems, backend systems such as PSIMs etc.

How does Smart+ platform work with our robots?

Smart+ platform serves as the central hub for our robot operations, providing real-time monitoring, instant alert notifications, and detailed reports on video analytics (VA) detections, robot missions, and system health. Furthermore, with its ability to integrate with other security and building infrastructure systems, Smart+ enables seamless data sharing, empowering robots to perform coordinated operational tasks efficiently.

Can Smart+ platform be installed on different computer devices?

Smart+ platform is designed to be highly versatile and can be installed on various computer devices. Here are some examples:

  • Mac Computers: Compatible with macOS.

Yes, KABAM Robotics’ Smart+ platform does have a mobile app. The app provides features like real-time camera feeds, robot general information , alerts and two-way communication etc. This allows users to manage and monitor their robot fleet directly from their mobile devices, offering convenience and flexibility.

Can a user or operator control the robots which is in a middle of a mission or patrol to abort that mission and go elsewhere as instructed?

Yes, a user or operator can control a the robot to abort its current mission or patrol and redirect it to a new location by using Smart+ point and click feature with few simple clicks.

How do you can you connect, command and control the robot remotely?

Using the Smart+ mobile app or web interface to set up remote access. You’ll need to configure the robot’s network settings to ensure it can communicate with the platform over the internet via 4G or Wifi network.
